Welcome to Cool Vid's on-line support service. Here we offer on-line support solutions on an individual basis to customers.
Our primary source for support is provided via The Guide. As a first port of call, you are advised to seek assistance there.
Should the guide be insufficient for your needs, neccessitating direct communication with an engineer, you have several options.
The preferred method is to send an e-mail via the feedback form, or a support address that you have used previously. We will then be able to provide you with a more appropriate response.
We are now trialling a new mechanism for support, which makes use of Jabber Instant Messaging System. Using this method, you can communicate directly with an engineer in real-time, i.e. without the latency introduced by the basic e-mail service. If you are interested in using this service, please first use the feedback form for details of an engineer's account, in order that we can get in touch. It would be helpful if you would be so kind as to supply us with your Jabber account details, since we could then start communicating more quickly.
Other Forms of Support
In addition to the above methods of support mentioned, it may also be possible to provide telephone, return-to-base or on-site support. For these types of support, a negotiable fee is payable. Contracts may be arranged for one-off events or annual cover. Please contact us for more information. If there is a critical problem with one of our products, you are advised to use the telephone number provided in the support pack to contact us immediately.
